The International Family of Companies Pricing Announcements Effective July 6 2021

We continue to experience unscheduled price increases from our vendors due to increased costs for raw materials and freight across the supply chain. The following product lines experienced price changes Effective July 6, 2021

• Glass - primarily 2mm and premium clear glass with smaller increases on select valueadded glass products.
•  Bainbridge foamboard
•  Fletcher framer's points, point drivers, and fillet choppers/blades
•  AMP v-nails, underpinners, and double miters
•  3M products
•  Hardware - primarily Cassese wedges, screws, and sawtooth hangers
•  Stretching, Mounting and Fitting charges increased by 8% effective August 2, 2021 due to increases in materials and across the board.
